As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a wealth of resources to meet your own specific needs. My approach is flexible and creative. Aspects of established therapeutic models such as Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are incorporated, as appropriate. We will also look together at your present and past influences.
A key to therapy is the development of new perspectives, attitudes and ways of relating to ourselves and others in order to live in a freer, more productive way. I offer an empathic and non-judgmental space where you can connect with and make sense of your deeper thoughts and emotions and change any unhelpful behavioural patterns triggered by negative thought processes. This can help you develop more self-confidence, a stronger sense of your personal identity and positively influence your hopes and dreams for the future.
My overall aim is to be a source of support, hope and encouragement in order to help you live a more fulfilled, joyful and contented life.
“When I met Eva I was in a state of confusion and deeply hurt by the end of a relationship. I knew there were issues I needed to address if I were to move forward but I couldn’t define what they were, I just knew how it was making me feel. During our sessions, I felt I could pour my heart out without being judged. The insight I have gained with Eva’s help has been a turning point in my life. I have been so blessed by her counselling and encouragement.
Thank you Eva.” – Tamara
