Feeling overwhelmed by thoughts, emotions and circumstances?
Discover A Way Forward With
Online Christian Counselling.
My name is Eva and I’m an ACC accredited, registered, online Christian counsellor. I work with individuals and couples and offer long or short term counselling, depending on your particular needs.
Counselling is a very personal process. It is the opportunity to release thoughts and emotions in a safe, neutral environment with someone outside your usual circles, whom you can trust to keep things entirely confidential.
Articulating your difficulties and working with a sensitive online Christian counselling professional, who is trained to use a variety of skills can help you understand yourself better and see things from a different perspective.
Counselling can help you make sense of your past and how it might be affecting your life. It can also help heal deep inner wounds and bring restoration and a greater sense of peace.

About Me
Experienced & Empathetic.
Prior to working as an online Christian counsellor I was a partner in a leading family and matrimonial law firm in the City of London, practising as a solicitor and collaborative family lawyer for over 12 years.
I therefore bring to my work first-hand knowledge of the challenges and stresses one can face in the workplace, with particular insight into the struggle to balance all aspects of our lives, both personal and professional, and of building and maintaining healthy relationships.
Through online Christian counselling I have considerable experience in working with people who are in crisis, having relationship issues, are going through divorce or separation or are struggling over issues concerning their children.
I worked for the NHS for a number of years, and also have experience of working in the public sector.
I hold the following qualifications and memberships:
- Dip. in Counselling, University of Roehampton
- Dip. in Theology and Counselling, University of Middlesex
- Cert. in theological and pastoral studies, University of Oxford
- Bachelor of Laws (HONS), first class, University of Exeter
- Accredited Registered Member of the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC)
My approach
Flexible & Creative.
A key to therapy is the development of new perspectives, attitudes and ways of relating to ourselves and others in order to live in a freer, more productive way. Through online Christian counselling, I offer an empathic and non-judgmental space where you can connect with and make sense of your deeper thoughts and emotions and change any unhelpful behavioural patterns triggered by negative thought processes. This can help you develop more self-confidence, a stronger sense of your personal identity and positively influence your hopes and dreams for the future.
My overall aim is to be a source of support, hope and encouragement in order to help you live a more fulfilled, joyful and contented life.

“The intentions of a person’s heart are deep waters, but a discerning person reveals them.”
Proverbs 20:5
Everyone’s needs are different
Beginning online Christian counselling can seem rather daunting.
My clients often have questions about what to expect.
The aim is for us to work together and build a therapeutic relationship where you can explore what you need to in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions with individuals are 50 minutes long. Couples sessions are either for 50 minutes weekly or 1.5 hours fortnightly.
What will happen at my first appointment?
At your first appointment I will take a brief personal history, discuss some of the events that have brought you to counselling and look at how I might be able to help. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you have about having counselling. We will consider together your best options going forward, and whether we both feel I am the right person to work with you.
How do I continue with counselling?
If you wish to proceed with counselling after your initial consultation, we will agree a day and time to meet each week until your counselling ends to maintain the consistency of your counselling.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of consultations required will depend on what issues you bring and upon what you would like us to focus. Typically, short term counselling is between six and twelve sessions and longer term therapy is in excess of twelve. I offer individual counselling on a short term or long-term basis.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You may end your sessions whenever you feel necessary or you may wish to take a counselling break and resume counselling, when ready, at a later date.
Do you work face-to-face or online?
I don’t offer face-to-face appointments. I work with both individuals and couples online via Zoom.
